Provided ways of payments and the description of process

1. You can book your trip for Balkanica travel agency's tours in various ways.

The simplest is directly on the website, where you can choose to book, and then pay directly after our confirmation or you may also send a request by mail and we will give you further instructions about booking and payment. One of the options is to use our instructions for payment through the bank (IBAN) if you still prefer going directly to the bank.

Also, if it is more convenient for you, you don't have to pay the whole amount, but you can book by paying part of the invoice as confirmation of the trip, and the rest you can pay when you arrive.

Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards - VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support payment over the Internet. Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna banka and are made in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering the data from the payment card.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for another purpose.

The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared. In the event that payment is not completed, or the amount is not deducted from the account by the expiration of 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved in your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.

Check with the card issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments.

2. Applied standards and processes in data protection when paying by cards

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card information available to the merchant.

PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.

RESERVATION
Create your account on our page using this link.  Once you have made the reservation you can log in to “My Account” on the website. On the “My Account” page you can find all the details about booking and payment and how you can pay the rest of the amount of the tour, as well as other details important to your booking.

CONFIRMATION
Important information such as the description that has been booked, price details, and payment methods will be sent via e-mail. Contact customer service at info@balkanica.me if you don’t receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

BOOKING
If you have made a booking and received booking information, but you have not paid a deposit or the full amount within 7 days of the booking date, you must provide us with one of the two options (deposit or the full amount) to confirm your booking.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO CHANGE SOMETHING AFTER IT HAS BEEN BOOKED, FOR EXAMPLE, TRAVEL DATE, DESTINATION, DEPARTURE, OR ACCOMMODATION PLEASE CONTACT US.
Changes in a booking usually mean that the original booking has to be canceled, which may mean that the compensation and / or fees charged by the Suppliers amounts to the entire value of the booked trip. The customer will then be charged the cost of the new reservation.

Statement of conversion

Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current excange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
