This household is located in the village of Crmnicko Limljani, 7 km from Virpazar and Lake Skadar, which is about a 10-minute drive. The house has two floors, on the lower floor there is a winery, and on the upper floor there are apartments and rooms. We offer 2 rooms, which have a French bed and their own bathroom, but without a terrace. The apartments are quite large and fully equipped, they are suitable for 4-5 people, they have 2 terraces, one of which has a view of the mountains and Crmnica field, and the other overlooks the vineyards.

Also, apart from these types of overnight stays, we also offer the option of breakfast, and there we offer a large number of homemade jams, homemade bread, as well as pies and prosciutto. In addition to breakfast, dinner is also offered. As for lunch and dinner, guests first get a mezu with homemade cow's and goat's cheese, fried zucchini or eggplant, followed by soup, followed by the main course, which is usually meat with a side dish, followed by cake and fruit. A varied and extensive offer of local food will leave guests satisfied and full.

Winemaking is the main activity of this household, namely the production of original autochthonous Crmnica wine, but they also have their own garden where they grow vegetables for their own needs and for their guests. They also have an orchard and produce their own juices, jams and liqueurs. If you arrive at the right time, you can participate in activities such as grape picking and the processing and production itself.

We also offer wine-tasting. During the wine tasting, it is possible to try 3 types of wine, 3 types of brandy and 10 types of liqueur. In addition, we also offer a rich oval with: Njegu prosciutto, 2-3 types of homemade cheese; seasonal salad; homemade bread and proja.
