This accommodation is located on the very border of the Prokletije National Park, only 7.5 km from the city center and at a distance of 500-600 meters passes the trail Peaks of the Balkans (hiking trail 192 km long, which passes through three countries and : CG, Albania and Kosovo and it is crossed in 8 to 10 days), as well as a hiking trail leading to Memina Mountain.

Also, descending to the city, visitors have the opportunity to see the Redzepagic Tower, Lake Plav, etc.… For those who like religious tourism in Plav there are many interesting destinations such as: Holy Trinity Monastery in Brezojevice, which is one of the oldest buildings in Montenegro , then the Old Mosque in Plav, the Sultanija Mosque. For fishing enthusiasts, fly-fishing zones and Lake Plav are available.

There are also recreational boat rides.

The family is mainly engaged in fruit growing. On their farm there are over 40 varieties of apples, more than 15 varieties of pears as well as about 20 trees, older indigenous varieties of apples and pears. There are also a very large number of berries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, chokeberries, etc. They also built three weekend houses on the property, which are equipped with bathrooms and whose terrace offers a beautiful view of Lake Plav. A large wooden space (fountain) was made on the property, for tasting their products. (Juices, jams, sweets from various products, etc.)
