This accommodation is located in a beautiful setting, on a plot of 1000 m2, along the border of which the stream flows, and in the immediate vicinity of the forest. It is only 2.3 km away from the city center (on the way to the ski center).

Heating is central, on the fireplace wood stove. The entrance hall, bathroom and toilet have underfloor heating, while the rooms have radiators.

Each cabin has an LCD TV, DVD, Wi Fi internet, safe, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with utensils for 6 people. The resort also has a modern laundry room, which guests can use.

Parking space is provided for the guests.

The construction of additional facilities is in progress - a playground for children, a mushroom for sitting with a fireplace, a barbecue area, a volleyball court, table tennis, and in the immediate vicinity will be marked a circular walking path, which will be connected to CT-1 (Montenegrin mountain transversal).
