The town is located in the spacious basin of the Drina River, on hilly slopes that gently rise to the mountains above 1000 meters high. At a place where the mountains forming the narrow and deep canyon of the Drina, separating each other into a spacious basin, there is the stone 500-year old the Mehmet-pasha Sokolovic Bridge with 11 broad-leaved lanes, known by everyone as "The Bridge on the Drina” (na Drini ćuprija). The bridge is about 250 meters long and about 10 meters wide, except in the middle where it is expanded with two terraces, on each side one by one. It is one of the most monumental parts of architecture dating from the XV to the XIX century. It is the national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After breakfast, our journey continues to one of the Olympic beauties of the former Yugoslavia, Mount Bjelašnica, which hosted the Winter Olympic Games for the discipline - alpine skiing, way back in 1984. But that's not all that adorns this beauty, it has been hiding the village of Lukomir at 1400 m above sea level for decades. The village of Lukomir is also known as the highest village in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and coming to this village seems like going back in time. Our hiking tour starts from the village of Umoljani. Umoljani is known for the Umoljan dragon, petrified on the cliff. The dragon headed towards the village, and the villagers prayed to God to protect them from it. Their prayer was answered and the dragon was petrified on the cliff above the village. That's why the village got the name Umoljani. Now you can only see its outline on the cliff and its trail (the road it used to approach the village) where the Sudeni stream now flows. Our adventure continues towards the top of Obalj, from where there is a view towards Lukomir. Upon arrival in Lukomir, we will have the opportunity to try traditional shepherd's dishes from this area. After a break for lunch and rest, we will return to Sarajevo.

After breakfast until 10 am, we will meet at the premises of our agency where you will meet your mountain guide and driver, and together you will head to the unreal green landscapes characteristic of Ireland, and localized on our beauty Zelengora.
On the way to the mountain eyes, lakes Gornje and Donje Bare, we will pass through the canyon of the river Hrčavka, where the most demanding adrenaline activity on the territory of Sutjeska National Park, canyoning, is realized. We will also visit the memorial from World War II dedicated to the national hero Sava Kovacevic.
At the crossroads, we will replace the ride with walking and head slightly uphill towards the Gornje Bare lake hidden at the foot of the Uglješin peak. From the lake itself, there are incredible views of the green pastures of Zelengora after which it got its name, as well as the peaks Planinica and the ridge Tovarnica. In the same way, we return to the fork and in the other direction, we reach the lake Donje Bare. The lake is surrounded by green meadows and forests, and the beauty and magic of this place was recognized by the Yugoslav President Tito, who had his mountain house on this site. After visiting the lake with a light half-hour walk, we reach the Borić lookout point, which is considered to be the "and" in "Bosnia and Herzegovina" :). The name itself has its roots in the Pine tree, and from the lookout point, there is an unforgettable view of the largest peaks of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Maglić and Volujak, as well as the largest jewel of our country, the Perućica rainforest. The scene and sounds of this place are ideal for lunch in nature, followed by a return to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

On the way to the plateau, we will stop and visit the two most beautiful lookouts (Beškita and Dragoš sedlo) from where there is an impressive view of one of the oldest and best-preserved rainforests in Europe, the Perućica rainforest. From these lookouts, there is a beautiful view of the waterfall Skakavac, Maglić, Volujak, the peaks of Zelengora, and from the lookout Beškita you will have the opportunity to see the Valley of Heroes (Memorial complex of the Battle of Sutjeska on Tjentište) from a height of 1,275 m.
After arriving at the Prijevor plateau, we start the ascent to Maglić, the path is semi-alpinist and steep, we expect an ascent lasting approx. 2-3 hours. Do not be discouraged by this information, because when we reach the top, the view you will have will remain in your memory for the rest of your life, and the effort you put in to conquer the highest peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be forgotten. After the break, we continue our journey towards the biggest heart of the Balkans, which is Lake Trnovačko. The trail is downhill for its entire length, so it won't be a big effort to get to our next destination. Trnovačko lake is located in the Piva Nature Park. The available time by the lake is provided for free activities, relaxation, and enjoyment, and before leaving, we will use the opportunity to have a small picnic in the natural environment on the shore.
